HD Cream Liner by Kryolan is
a special color intensive eye liner. It's easy to control and doesn’t drip.
Moreover its silicone base makes it incredibly durable,prevents cracking and
comfortable to wear. The formula has a fine consistency and therefore can be
used as an eye shadow base as well as for eyebrow definition. This amazingly
versatile product is also water-resistant. It should be removed with the Eye
Make-up Remover. Directions: Use a fine brush for graphic liner and apply in 5
stages.
