At www.beautynbody.lk, we strive to provide you the best possible service at all the times. To provide you the fastest delivery of your purchase, we have partnered with some of the best Courier companies that are available in Sri Lanka who would make sure that your orders are delivered at your doorstep safely and on or before time.

We would give our valuable customers a flexibility of paying cash on delivery to all Nine Province in the Island. Some province delivery charges are free and some province you may charge as per your value of goods.

If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the order confirmation email, please contact our customers care department quoting the order number contained in your order confirmation email.

  • Exact amount of cash should be given to our courier man at the time of delivery. For your convenient to prepare the mentioned amount we will send you an invoice for the purchase amount.
  • No delivery on Sundays.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES

Our delivery partner will call you before their first delivery attempts to give you a time frame during which they intend to arrive. If you unable to answer they will call you more two times.

Generally, all orders are delivered within 2-3 business days depending on your shipping location.

To serve you better and provide fast delivery, www.beautynbody.lk team may contact you (email/phone) for address verification. Alternatively you may also get an IVR Call on your registered number to verify the authenticity of the order. We may cancel your order if we do not receive confirmation from your side in the next 48 hours from the time of order placed. You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.



RETURNS

How Does Return Policy Work?

1. INITIATE RETURN

Call our customer support number or return via My Orders page.

2. SCHEDULE PICK-UP

A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.

3. RETURN THE ITEM

Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

4. REFUND PROCESSED

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

If I don’t want to receive my order what shall I do?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours or email confirmation within mentioned periods your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you fail to cancel then you have to pay your shipping charges for respective orders.

What if my items I received is damaged on delivery?

At www.beautynbody.lk, we always take extra care in packing your items.

www.beautynbody.lk does NOT accept returns. All items sold on our site are much discounted which is why we are unable to accept returns. If you receive a defective item or if an item arrives DOA you must contact www.beautynbody.lk within 03 days after receiving the item. We will replace the item for you.

If the item is no longer in stock you will receive a full refund. ALL returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from www.beautynbody.lk. A return merchandise authorization number or form can be requested by emailing info@beautynbody.lk or clicking here. ALL items must be returned in the original box with all packing materials and accessories. ANY returns that are received not in original box, missing packing materials and or accessories may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, TAMPERED ITEM, REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN. A package that is refused by the customer or undeliverable, shipping fees will be deducted.
